'Hopes and Dreams' Print on Canvas

Matte canvas stretched on frame made of radiata pinewood that has been sustainably sourced from renewable forests. Backhanging and rubber stoppers behind bottom corners are included. Available in sizes 16”x 20” (40.6 cm x 50.8 cm) and 8” x 10” (20.3 cm x 25.4 cm). 

A gardener looks up at the night sky full of hope as she cares for her home and nurtures her plant, who seems to have been brought to life as it is being watered. There is power in her posture of hopefulness, gentleness, and optimism. It is up to you to determine what she is hoping for. The desires of her heart are being held with care and attention, just like her cactus, which has already begun to flower. When we honor the things that we all hope for and dream of, we bring about something beautiful for both ourselves and those whom we love. 

‘Hopes and Dreams’ is part of the ‘Love Boldly’ Collection. This collection is a break from my usual attempts at realism. Its title both represents the bold color palette as well as the audacity to choose love, both in big decisions and the everyday. Both romantic and familial love, as well as love of self, environment, and other are explored in this series.
